Everyone except the driver foresaw this happening.

It took six tries with a tractor to get us out. And a broken rope (twice) and jury rigged steel cable (three times).

But then the steel cable was tied too tightly to the car frame and wouldn't come undone.

All of us stood far back from the proceedings.
